Agent Lisa Neundorf showed , prepared my property, screened clients, all while i was living out of state. The renters she recommended turned out to be the best renters. They decided too move out last month. Because of the good experience I had with CCC, I decided to hire them to either continue renting or to sell house. Under her advice in understanding the market conditions, I decided it was best to sell. CCC quickly took pics and advertised the house. A buyer immediately came along.
